3Cs app is a platform developed for research studies at the Sadhguru Center for a Conscious Planet (SCCP) which is part of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) which supports study enrollments with consent forms, collecting data through surveys, cognitive tests, wearable devices . App supports syncing Sleep and Heart rate information from Apple Watch ( or Health app ) and Fitbit devices. Participants can log sleep, food, and activity information.
